Brush wire is produced in 0.50 – 1.8 mm with bright, coppered and galvanized surface. Brush wire is a special low carbon iron wire that is softer than stitching wire. With this wire a loop is done in the machine taking up the bristles, transporting them in a wood or plastic body and being fixed there by grouting. For the thin dimensions of this material, we deliver this material on spools / coils up to 100 kg net weight, and for thicker specifications on drum or spools up to 1,000 kg net weight. Standard make-up for galvanized brush wire is on jumbo coils up to 750kg; this type of wire is mainly used as suspnesion wire in the rinsing and washing brush industry due to its high flexibility. 1.5 – 3.0 mm wire can be produced on demand. |
